Great morning all,
I briefly spoke to a COIP representative. He explains that if we receive any reassessment for that CRA, To not Spend and send it to COIP immediately. They'll consider care of it for you personally.
The worst situation scenario is following five to ten many years from now with numerous discussions with COIP lawyers and CRA. If in the finish from the court situation..and so on..and so on.. We lose they'll request us to spend a maximum of 50% from the checks we wrote. No penalties and no charges. I figure if this really is the worst situation scenario..it's that poor!
Can somebody please verify with their COIP representative if this really is true? I nonetheless discover it odd they will come following the cash I advance rather than the tax receipt I received...... any thoughts?,
